with his primary concentration and sales experience in:

Los Gatos, The Los Gatos Mountains, Saratoga, Willow Glen, Almaden, Campbell, Cambrian, San Jose, Sunnyvale, and Santa Clara.

Jim has a range of experience representing sellers and buyers with a variety of properties including: 

               Single Family Homes, Raw and Improved Land, Condominiums and Townhouses.  

A long term Bay Area resident for over 30 years, and Real Estate Professional since 1991, Jim's focus has been to provide full-time service to his clients as a Realtor. Over the years Jim has developed a familiarity of the real estate industry. His mother was a Realtor and his sister is a lender.  Jim started as a real estate appraiser, and moving on to mortgage banking, Jim realized the value in understanding all aspects of  Real Estate. Jim's diligent approach to every transaction, combined with extensive experience as a top negotiator, gives him the advantage of providing excellent service to his clients.

Utilizing modern technology such as laptop computers, cellular access to the MLS with his handheld PDA, automatic e-mail updates for clients and much more. Keeping up with changing technology is a must.

Jim and his wife Tracy, have two children, Alixzandra and Jacob. His hobbies include gardening, mountain biking, and all snow sports.
