Chuck brings to APR a unique blend of skills, a wealth of knowledge and a high degree of professionalism.  During a 20 year career in high technology sales and marketing management, he achieved sales of over 500 million dollars of products and services, negotiated multi-million dollar transactions with clients of diverse cultural backgrounds and traveled extensively throughout world. He developed Global Account Management systems and Customer Satisfaction programs for large customers such as Intel, Texas Instruments, AMD, IBM and Motorola and managed teams of professionals to implement programs and provide superb levels of service and support.

However, dealing with corporate clients around the globe means spending a great amount of time on planes and away from homeàand when you live in the Los Gatos area, there really is "no place like home". With two children in the Los Gatos schools and his wife heavily involved in the local school community, Chuck decided to change his career focus and "go local".

I've always loved the real estate business and my experience in sales, marketing, negotiations and project management are a great fit. It's extremely rewarding to work directly with clients who are making one of the biggest decisions of their life, and I can help them make it a reality.  I love working within the local community and being a part of the business structure.

Chuck and his wife Karen are long time residents of the Los Gatos mountains and have a deep appreciation for the beauty and splendor of the area. As an active member of the community, Chuck has volunteered his time with many organizations, including being a team leader bringing parents and youth to Mexico to build housing. This is the third year we've done this trip with our teens, and it's an incredible experience. Our kids get to see first-hand what life is like without a roof over your head and enough to eat. This year we built two homes for families with young children, and it's a very emotional moment when we hand over the keys to their new home it's truly transformational. Not only do our youth get to participate fully in the construction, they learn about teamwork and putting the needs of others first. Chuck also teaches junior high Sunday school and serves on the Board of Directors of two non-profit organizations. His continued commitment to making a difference in the community is a life long passion.
